You can invite other people to your organisation so they can collaborate on projects and resources. Members are managed from the Users tab on your organisation page.

Inviting a new member

To invite someone, go to your organisation's Users page and send an invitation to their email address. The person receives an email with a link to accept or reject the invitation.

  • Only Owners and Admins can send invitations.
  • The invited person does not need a Bahriya account yet — they can sign up when they accept.
  • You can resend the email if the person hasn't responded.
  • You can cancel a pending invitation at any time.

Invitation statuses

StatusMeaning
SentInvitation email delivered, waiting for a response
AcceptedThe person accepted and is now a member
RejectedThe person declined the invitation

Only invitations with a Sent status can be resent or cancelled.

Accepting an invitation

When you receive an invitation email:

  1. Click the link in the email.
  2. If you already have a Bahriya account, sign in. If not, create one.
  3. You will see the invitation details. Click Accept to join the organisation.

Once accepted, the organisation appears in your organisations list and you can start working in it immediately.

Rejecting an invitation

If you don't want to join, click the reject link in the invitation. The organisation admin will see that you declined. You do not need to be signed in to reject an invitation.

Changing a member's role

Owners and Admins can change the role of any member from the Users page. The available roles are:

  • Owner — Full control including billing and organisation deletion.
  • Admin — Can manage members and all resources. Cannot delete the organisation.
  • Member — Can create and manage resources. Cannot manage other members.
  • Viewer — Read-only access.

Removing a member

Owners and Admins can remove members from the organisation. The removed person immediately loses access to all resources in the organisation.
